Rules for participation in the "500 BUSINESSWOMAN" prize game

Article 1

(General provisions)

• These rules determine the manner in which the prize draw will be conducted. "500 WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS"

(hereinafter: prize game).

• The organizer of the prize game is Galex d.o.o. , Tišinska Street 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email: info@galex.si (hereinafter: organizer).
• The rules of the prize game are publicly announced at the 500 PODJETNIC event and on the organizer's website, www.myelixire.com

Article 2

(Duration of the prize draw)

The prize draw will take place on May 19, 2026, at the 500 ENTREPRENEURS event at the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Center. The time for participating in the prize draw is from May 19, 2026 from 08:15 - 15:30.

Article 3

(Terms of participation)

• The organizer of the prize draw provides equal opportunities for participation to all consumers who meet the conditions for participation. Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and residents of the Republic of Slovenia who are over the age of 18 can participate in the prize draw. If the winner is under the age of 18, he or she must be represented by a person over the age of 18 who has the right to represent the minor under the law and/or on the basis of an appropriate power of attorney.
• The condition for participation is that participants agree to the rules of the prize game. By participating in the prize game, the participant is deemed to agree to all terms and conditions and rules regarding the prize game and the processing of personal data.
• Prize draw organizer guarantees that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of his/her will. This will be done using a computer program that randomly selects the winner from among all participants.
• Employees of the organizer cannot participate in the prize draw. Any such participation will be considered invalid.

Article 4

(How to participate in the prize draw)

• The participant participates in the prize draw by:

• first scan the QR code on the wheel of fortune t.i. "500 FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS" prize games
• then in the free box on the website www.myelixire.com Enter your email address and click on the "Participate in the prize draw" button.

• By entering their email address, the participant consents to receiving newsletters about Elixire brand products and to the processing of personal data for this purpose. They also confirm that they agree to the organizer's terms and conditions and privacy policy.

(Awards)

• During the competition period, there will be 3 awards were awarded, namely: 3 x AGE CORRECT Q10, face cream, 3 x Elixire face serum HA+ PEPTIDE AGE CORRECT SERUM.

• Date of the "Grand Prize" draw, and The winner will be announced on May 20, 2026.
• Organizer will announce the winner of the prize game or the recipients of all three prizes on 20.05.2026 on its website www.myelixire.com and also notified the winners in writing to their email address.
• None of the prizes are redeemable for cash.
• Each individual can only participate in the prize draw once.
• The prize received is immutable.

(Exclusion of liability of the producer and technical contractor)

The organizer of the prize game and the technical contractor do not assume responsibility for the failure of the online service due to a network outage of the contractual partners, a power outage or other technical disruptions that could temporarily disrupt the use of the service. The organizer of the prize game and the technical contractor also do not assume responsibility for an application that is incomplete and incomprehensible. Such an application is considered invalid.

Article 7

(Personal data protection)

(1) By participating in the prize draw, participants in the prize draw consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of the prize draw.

(2) The organizer and its related parties undertake to protect personal data collected within the framework of this prize competition in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. (ZVPot) and that they will not be passed on to third parties.

Article 8

(Complaints and dispute resolution methods)

• All possible complaints regarding the prize game and prizes can be sent to the following email address: info@galex.si

(2) The organizer and participants of the prize game will resolve disputes amicably, if possible, but in cases where this is not possible, the district court in Murska Sobota has jurisdiction.

Article 9

(Taxation and additional information about the prize draw)

• Since the value of the main prize does not exceed EUR 42, the organizer is not obliged to pay advance income tax in accordance with the law.
• The terms and conditions of the prize game must be interpreted in accordance with Slovenian law.
• The authentic interpretation of these rules is determined solely by the organizer.
• The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to change the rules and conditions of participation in the prize game if required by legal reasons (force majeure), and undertakes to inform participants about the changes in a timely manner on its website.
