The terms and conditions of the online store are drawn up in accordance with Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), recommendations Chamber of Commerce, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1) and The Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT).
The online store allows you to purchase dietary supplements, cosmetics and other products remotely.

Purchasing products from the online store is simple and takes place in the following steps:

Description of the steps of the purchase process
I. Product selection: On the website www.myelixire.com select the product and click on the link "Add to cart" The system informs you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. If you want to continue shopping, click on the cross "Close" in the upper right and you will return to the online store. If you want to complete your purchase, click on the link "View cart" below and the system will take you to the shopping cart.
II. Removing a product from the shopping cart: On the website www.myelixire.com In the upper right corner, there is a shopping cart icon, in which (after clicking on the icon) the user is shown the products that they added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store. If the user wants to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, they must click on the cart icon «REMOVE» or the »+« sign to increase or »-« to decrease the quantity of products they want to order. If the user wants to add a specific product to the cart, they must click on the cross «Close» in the upper right. By clicking on the said cross, they return to the online store.
III. Shopping cart: To complete your order, you must click on the "Complete Purchase" icon and fill in the required fields.

IV. Order Completion: The user can review the submitted delivery information, the payment method they have chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. The user confirms the order by clicking on the 'Pay now' button. If the order was successfully completed, the text "Your order was successful. Thank you for your purchase!" is displayed on the website. The "Complete order" page displays information about the order number.orders, date, buyer's email address, purchase amount, payment method, bank account details for the transfer, order information, payer information, and delivery address are displayed.
Ordering – concluding a distance contract
Purchase agreement between Galex d.o.o. and customers in the online store myelixire.com concluded at the moment when Galex d.o.o. sends the first email to the buyer confirming his order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Galex d.o.o. as for the buyer.
The concluded order/contract is stored by the provider in electronic form. Contracts and invoices are stored in accordance with the law and are available to buyers at the provider's headquarters in case of a request (a few days before the viewing). Buyers can request a copy in pdf format via our contact address info@myelixire.com. We may charge an issuance fee for copies of contracts (invoices, delivery notes) that are older than two years.
Accepted orders are considered irrevocable. The buyer may cancel the order without additional obligations between the time the order is placed and the time the order is processed.
Payment methods
The Myelixire online store offers modern electronic payment systems. All payments are made via secure connections. All payments are integrated and approved by payment providers. Data transmission is used in encrypted mode, credit card information is protected.
A mandatory requirement for all EU members is PSD2 or EU Payment Services Directive 2, which sets out how all online and mobile payments must be handled in the EU. The law requires, among other things, strong user authentication (SCA). How strong user authentication is implemented depends on the bank or payment provider.
We offer the following payment methods:
- Payment by invoice: The buyer receives payment instructions when placing an order, namely upon order confirmation. The payment deadline is two days from the date on the invoice. Your order will be held until we confirm receipt of payment. After payment of the proforma invoice, the order will be shipped to the delivery address.

All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT (value added tax).

Deadline and delivery of ordered products
The contractual partners for delivery of shipments are Pošta Slovenije (standard delivery) and GLS (standard delivery and parcel machines). We reserve the right to choose another delivery service if this allows us to fulfill the order more efficiently. Delivery costs are charged to the buyer at the time of purchase.
The buyer covers the postage in Slovenia himself if the purchase amount is lower than 50 €, otherwise, shipping costs are FREE. The shipping cost is 3,90 € (VAT included) and will be displayed upon completion of your order and will be listed on the invoice that you will receive together with the ordered products. Shipping costs are calculated according to the currently valid price list of Pošta Slovenije and GLS.
Final delivery to your address depends on the situation at Pošta Slovenije and GLS.
Pošta Slovenije and GLS offer you fast and reliable delivery. The postman or delivery person will deliver your package to the selected delivery address within 1-3 days. All orders placed on weekdays by 1 p.m. are shipped the same day if paid with a credit card or via Paypal. Orders marked as payment by invoice are shipped as soon as we receive the transfer to the company's bank account. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. In exceptional cases, delivery times may be extended, so please note this in the notes when placing your order if you would like to receive your order as soon as possible.
The retailer enables purchases to all customers from other EU member states under the same conditions as Slovenian customers.
Warning: Delivery of products under these conditions and delivery costs apply only within the Republic of Slovenia.
If you would like to order our products in Slovenia, but want them delivered to an area outside the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, the costs and delivery time are:
Zone 1: 13.00 EUR (VAT included) - Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Monaco and Croatia. Products will be delivered within 2-5 days
Zone 2: 30.00 EUR (VAT included) – Romania, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Serbia, Portugal, Switzerland, GBR, Ireland, Turkey, Bulgaria, Norway. Products will be delivered within 2-7 days.
Zone 3: 18.00 EUR (VAT included) - Greece, Cyprus. Products will be delivered within 15-20 days.
Zone 4: 19.00 EUR (including VAT) - United Kingdom. Products will be delivered within 15-20 days. The cost of customs duties is paid by the buyer.
Zone 5 (third countries): 25,00€ (VAT included) – Israel, Kazakhstan, Ukraine. Products will be delivered within 15-20 days. Customs costs are paid by the buyer.
The buyer covers the shipping costs in the countries listed above if the purchase amount is less than 150 €, otherwise, shipping costs are FREE.
The products will be delivered in appropriate packaging that will ensure the safety of the product's nature. Please read the instructions carefully before use! Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about the risks and side effects.
Safety data sheets for chemicals, including substances, preparations and biocidal products, are available upon special request from the published contact.
If upon receipt of the shipment it is noticeable that the item or package is physically damaged, missing contents or shows signs of being opened, the buyer must immediately initiate the complaint procedure and notify Galex. d.o.o. Together with the delivery service, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
Issuance of invoice
Galex d.o.o. Upon delivery and payment of the ordered items, the customer is also sent an invoice, together with the products. The invoice details the price and all costs related to the purchase. The customer is obliged to check the accuracy of the data.
Discount codes
A discount code or promotional code brings various benefits when purchasing through the online store. www.myelixire.com. You can find the active code on the cover page of the advertising message, in the email from Galex. d.o.o. or other media. The code brings various benefits, from various gifts to discounts. Any code is always time-limited and must be used within a limited specified period, otherwise it is invalid.
Using the discount code:
- Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
- When completing your purchase, there is a box where you enter a "discount code" and click the "apply" button.
- Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
- Promotions, discount codes and free shipping are not cumulative and are mutually exclusive.
- When you enter a discount code, the value of the discount code is automatically deducted from the price of your order, leaving the remaining amount that needs to be paid.
The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract
The consumer (this applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire the item for purposes outside their commercial activity) has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the items that they withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason for their decision. The period begins one day after the date of receipt of the items.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received item(s) by mail to the seller's address: GALEX d.o.o. , Tišinska 29 g, 9000 Murska Sobota.
The consumer must return the item(s) to the seller. no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal from the order. The item must be unused, undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the items freely until withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the items to the extent strictly necessary to determine the actual condition. The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction is the result of conduct that is not strictly necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the item(s) (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment or a package). In sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the returned goods have been received or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the company offers the option of collecting the returned goods himself.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in contracts whose subject matter is an item that was manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions, that was adapted to his personal needs, that is not suitable for return due to its nature, that is perishable or that has already expired, as well as in contracts whose subject matter is sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the buyer has opened the seal after delivery.
The refund of payments made will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The company will return the payment received to the consumer using the same means of payment as the consumer used (which is most commonly by payment to a transaction account), unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of a different means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.
When withdrawing from a contract in which a bonus, discount code or promotional code was used, these funds are considered a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the amount paid is returned to the user.
In exceptional cases, when items are not returned in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), we may offer the consumer the purchase of the item with appropriate compensation, which is determined in the minutes upon return. The purchase with a reduced value is taken into account upon confirmation by the consumer via email. The consumer uses the aforementioned purchase price exclusively when ordering another item of the same or higher value.
The right to a refund in the event of warranty claims and material defects is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the applicable consumer protection law.
Consumer withdrawal from the contract for items from a set
Products in a set constitute a single item. This means that the same terms and conditions apply to withdrawal from the contract for items in a set as set, except that withdrawal can only be exercised for the entire set and not for individual items in the set.
Complaints and return of ordered products
All products are inspected before delivery and shipped undamaged. We will carefully pack your products in a shipping box so that they reach you undamaged and in their original packaging. In accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, in the event of a possible defect in the product, the buyer has the right to request that the company replace the defective product with a new, flawless product or return the amount paid or eliminate the defect in the product or return a part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect. Product replacement
Exchange of purchases made through the online store is carried out by the online store. myelixire.com. Products must be unopened, unused, unchanged in quantity, undamaged and in their original packaging. The deadline for exchanging products is 8 days. Product exchanges are only possible upon presentation of the invoice or a copy of the invoice. Products can only be exchanged for other products.Refunds (partial or full) are not possible in the event of an exchange. If the new products exceed the value of the exchanged products, the buyer must pay the difference in price.
Factual error
The seller must deliver the goods to the consumer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material defects in its performance.
When is a mistake real? When:
- the item does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or circulation,
- the item does not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is purchasing it, but which were known to the seller or should have been known to him,
- the item does not have the properties and characteristics that were explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
- the seller delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for the purpose of notification.
How is the suitability of an item checked?
It is checked with another, flawless item of the same type, as well as with the manufacturer's statements or statements on the item itself.
How is a factual error enforced?
- The consumer may exercise his rights arising from a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered.
- The consumer must accurately describe the defect in the defect notification and allow the seller to inspect the item.
- The consumer can notify the seller of the defect in person, of which the seller must issue a receipt, or send it to the store where the item was purchased, or to the seller's representative with whom the contract was concluded.
- The seller is not liable for material defects in the goods that become apparent after two years have passed since the item was delivered.
A consumer who has properly notified the seller of the defect has the right to require the seller to:
- eliminate the defect in the goods or refund a part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or
- replace the defective goods with new, flawless goods, or
- refund the amount paid.
In any case, the consumer also has the right to demand compensation from the seller for damages, in particular reimbursement of the costs of materials, labor, transfer and transportation of products incurred due to the fulfillment of the obligations referred to in the previous paragraph of this article.
The consumer's rights to assert a material defect expire two years after the date on which he notified the seller of the material defect.
For the avoidance of doubt, items from a set are treated as a single product (as a set), therefore, in the event of a material defect, the same terms and conditions as set out above apply to items from a set, whereby, in the event that an individual item from a set has a material defect, the consumer may request the provider to replace only the individual item from the set, but may not request a refund for that individual item.
Taxes and advance income tax in prize games
The recipient of the prize is a taxpayer under the Personal Income Tax Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 117/2006 as amended, hereinafter referred to as ZDoh-2), and therefore, in accordance with ZDoh-2 and the Tax Procedure Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 117/2006 as amended, hereinafter referred to as ZDavP-2), must submit the personal data specified in the third paragraph of Article 8 of these general terms and conditions to the organizer or provider before accepting the prize.
The organizer deducts advance income tax from the value of each prize for the recipient of the main prize in accordance with the above-cited and other applicable regulations. Any additional income tax payments in accordance with the annual income tax decision are the responsibility of the recipient of the prize. The value of the prizes is expressed in retail value.
For prize recipients whose value of the prizes received does not exceed EUR 42.00 (including VAT), the prize is exempt from income tax, therefore the organizer does not assess or deduct advance income tax from the awarded prize.
For the recipient of a prize whose value exceeds EUR 42.00 (including VAT), the organizer calculates and pays an advance income tax at a rate of 25% of the tax base in accordance with ZDoh-2.
If the calculated amount of advance income tax for the recipient of the prize does not exceed EUR 20.00, the tax withholding is not deducted or paid, and the value of the gift is included in the annual tax base of the taxpayer.

Complaints, claims and disputes
The trader makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaints handling system and to designate a person with whom the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail in case of problems. In the case of a phone call to the trader's communication number, the buyer is only charged the basic price of a telephone call charged by the telecommunications operator. The buyer's complaint or other request is submitted via e-mail to the trader's e-mail address. info@myelixire.com or in writing to the merchant's address specified in the general terms and conditions. The complaint or claim handling procedure is confidential.
The trader will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days of receiving it, inform the buyer of the time it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure. The trader is aware that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportionality between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the trader will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
Law and jurisdiction of the courts
These general terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
The trader warns that it does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer might initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
