Rules for participating in the prize draw "The biggest summer giveaway" on @elixire.si

Article 1

(General provisions)

  • These rules determine the manner in which the prize draw will be conducted. "The biggest summer giveaway" on @elixire.si (hereinafter: prize game).

  • Prize draw organizer is Galex d.o.o. , Tišinska Street 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email: info@myelixire.com (hereinafter: organizer).

  • The rules of the prize competition are publicly published on the organizer's website, www.myelixire.com.

  • The winners must provide the organizer with their details to claim their prize within 14 days of the results being announced. After this period, the right to the prize will expire.

Article 2

(Duration of the prize draw)

The prize draw will take place 17. 6. 2026 up to 12. 7. 2026 exclusively on profilein @elixire.si and on the organizer's website, www.myelixire.com. The time to participate in the prize draw is from 7:00 a.m. on 17. 6. 2026 until 23:59 on 12. 7. 2026

Article 3

(Terms of participation)

  • The organizers of the prize game provide equal opportunities for participation to all consumers who meet the conditions for participation. Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and residents of the Republic of Slovenia who are older than 18 years of age can participate in the prize game. If the winner is younger than 18 years of age, he or she must be represented by a person older than 18 years of age who has the right to represent the said minor by law and/or on the basis of an appropriate authorization.

  • The condition for participation is that participants agree to the rules of the prize game. By participating in the prize game, the participant is deemed to agree to all terms and conditions and rules related to the prize game.

  • The organizers of the prize game guarantee that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of their will.He will do this using a computer program that randomly selects a winner from among all participants.

  • Employees of the organizers cannot participate in the prize draw. Any such participation will be considered invalid.

Article 4

(How to participate in the prize draw)

  • Date of the draw and The winner will be announced on 13. 7 . 2026.

  • The winner or prize recipient will be announced under the contest post on the Instagram profile.in @elixire.si.

  • The prize is not payable in cash.

  • Each individual can only participate in the prize draw once.

  • The prize received is immutable.

(Exclusion of liability of the technical contractor)

The organizer of the prize game and the technical contractor do not assume responsibility for the failure of the online service as a result of a network outage of the contractual partners, a power outage or other technical disruptions that could temporarily disrupt the use of the service.

Article 7

(Personal data protection)

(1) By participating in the prize draw, participants in the prize draw consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of the prize draw.

(2) The organizer and its related parties undertake to protect personal data collected as part of this prize game in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot) and not to disclose it to third parties.

Article 8

(Complaints and dispute resolution methods)

  • All possible complaints regarding the prize game and prizes can be sent to the following email address: info@myelixire.com.

(2) The organizer and participants of the prize game will resolve disputes amicably, if possible, but in cases where this is not possible, the district court has jurisdiction.

Article 9

(Taxation and additional information about the prize draw)

Since the value of the main prize exceeds EUR 42, the organizer, in accordance with the legislation, calculates and deducts advance income tax at a rate of 25% of the tax base. In the case of a prize in kind, the tax base is determined as the market value of the prize, increased by a coefficient of 1.33333. The calculated liability will be carried out and reported to the competent tax authority (FURS) by the organizer of the prize game by submitting the relevant data. For this purpose, the winner must also provide the organizer with a tax number.
The terms and conditions of the prize game must be interpreted in accordance with Slovenian law.

The authentic interpretation of these rules is determined solely by the organizer.

The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to change the rules and conditions of participation in the prize game if required by legal reasons (force majeure), and undertakes to inform participants about the changes in a timely manner on its website.
