1. article

(General provisions)

  • These rules determine way prize draw implementation »@katarina_matejcic« and @elixire.si (hereinafter: prize game).

  • Prize draw organizer is Galex d.o.o. , Tišinska Street 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email: info@myelixire.com (hereinafter: organizer).

  • The rules of the prize competition are publicly published on the organizer's website, www.myelixire.com.

(Duration of the prize draw)

The prize draw will take place 5. 6. 2026 up to 12. 6. 2026 exclusively on profiles »@katarina_matejcic« and @elixire.si and on the organizer's website, www.myelixire.com. The time to participate in the prize draw is from 7:00 a.m. on 5. 6. 2026 until 23:59 on 12. 6. 2026

(Terms of participation)

  • The organizers of the prize draw provide equal opportunities for participation to all consumers who meet the conditions for participation. Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and residents of the Republic of Slovenia who are over 18 years of age can participate in the prize draw. If If the winner is under 18 years of age, he or she must be represented by a person over 18 years of age who has the right to represent the said minor by law and/or on the basis of an appropriate power of attorney.

  • The condition for participation is that participant agree to the rules of the prize draw.It is considered that by participating in the prize draw participant agrees to all terms and conditions relating to the prize draw.

  • The organizers of the prize game guarantee that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of their will. This will be done using a computer program that randomly selects the winner from among all participants.

  • Employees of the organizers cannot participate in the prize draw. Any such participation will be considered invalid.

(Personal data protection)

(1) By participating in the prize draw, participants in the prize draw consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of the prize draw.

(2) The organizer and its related parties undertake to protect personal data collected as part of this prize game in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot) and not to disclose it to third parties.

(Complaints and dispute resolution methods)

  • All possible complaints regarding the prize game and prizes can be sent to the following email address: info@myelixire.com.

(2) The organizer and participants of the prize game will resolve disputes amicably, if possible, but in cases where this is not possible, the district court has jurisdiction.

9. article

(Taxation and additional information about the prize draw)

Since the value of the main prize exceeds EUR 42, the organizer, in accordance with the legislation, calculates and deducts advance income tax at a rate of 25% of the tax base. In the case of a prize in kind, the tax base is determined as the market value of the prize, increased by a coefficient of 1.33333. The calculated liability will be carried out and reported to the competent tax authority (FURS) by the organizer of the prize game by submitting the relevant data. For this purpose, the winner must also provide the organizer with a tax number.
The terms and conditions of the prize game must be interpreted in accordance with Slovenian law.

The authentic interpretation of these rules is determined solely by the organizer.

The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to change the rules and conditions of participation in the prize game if required by legal reasons (force majeure), and undertakes to inform participants about the changes in a timely manner on its website.
