Rules for participation in Ladies Vespa Rally prize draw 

Article 1 

(General provisions) 

• These rules determine the manner in which the prize draw will be conducted. »Ladies Vespa Rally« (hereinafter: prize game). 

• The organizer of the prize game is Galex d.o.o. , Tišinska Street 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email: info@galex.si (hereinafter: organizer). 

• The rules of the prize competition are publicly published on the organizer's website, www.myelixire.com 

Article 2 

(Duration of the prize draw) 

The prize draw will take place 19. 09.2026, on Ladies Vespa Rally event. 

The deadline to participate in the prize draw is 19. 09.2026 during the event. 

Article 3 

(Terms of participation) 

• The organizer of the prize game ensures equal opportunities for participation for everyone 

to consumers who meet the conditions for participation. In the prize draw, you can 

citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and residents of the Republic of Slovenia participate, who 

are over 18 years of age. If the winner is under 18, he/she must be represented by 

a person over 18 years of age who, by law and/or on the basis of an appropriate 

authorized the right to represent the said minor. 

• The condition for participation is that participants agree to the rules of the prize draw. 

By participating in the prize draw, the participant is deemed to agree to all terms and conditions. 

and rules regarding the prize game and the processing of personal data. 

• The organizer of the prize game guarantees that the selection of the winner will be random and 

independent of his will. He will do this using a computer program, 

who will randomly select a winner from among all participants. 

• Employees of the organizer cannot participate in the prize draw. Any such 

participation is considered invalid. 

Article 4 

(How to participate in the prize draw) 

The participant participates in the prize draw by:

• PI'll take it to a free window on the website. www.myelixire.com Enter your email address and click on the "Participate in the prize draw" button. 

• UThe participant who enters their email address hereby gives their consent to subscribe to news about Elixire brand products, and to the processing of personal data for this purpose. They also confirm that they agree to the terms of business and the privacy policy of the organizer. 

• To participate in the prize draw, the participant must clearly write on the entry form to write your first name, last name and email address and submit it on for this planned collective place for the organizer of the prize draw at the event itself. 

(Awards) 

• During the competition period, 3 prizes will be awarded Elixiré facial serum. 

• Winners' draw dateyes will take place on 19.9.2026 at the event itself. 

• The organizer will declared nagrajence-prize games at the event itself 19.09. 2026 and also presented the awards to the winners. 

• None of the prizes are redeemable for cash. 

• Each individual can only participate in the prize draw once. 

• The reward received is immutable. 

• The winner must notify the organizer within 14 days of the winner being announced. and receive e-mail provide your details to claim the prize. After this deadline, the right to the prize expires. 

6.article 

(Exclusion of liability of the producer and technical contractor) 

The organizer of the prize game and the technical contractor do not assume any responsibility for 

failure of the online service due to a network outage of the contractual partners, 

power outages or other technical disruptions that could temporarily disrupt 

use of the service. The organizer of the prize game and the technical contractor also do not 

assume responsibility for an application that is incomplete and incomprehensible. Such an application 

is considered invalid. 

Article 7 

(Personal data protection) 

(1) By participating in the prize draw, participants in the prize draw agree to the collection of their personal data for the purpose of the prize draw. 

(2) The organizer and its related parties undertake to protect personal data collected within the framework of this prize game in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot) and not to disclose it to third parties. Article 8 (Complaints and method of dispute resolution) 

• All possible complaints regarding the prize game and prizes can be sent to the following email address: info@galex.si 

(2) The organizer and participants of the prize game will resolve disputes amicably, if possible, but in cases where this is not possible, the district court in Murska Sobota has jurisdiction. 

Article 9 

(Taxation and additional information about the prize draw) 

• Because the value of the main prize does not exceed EUR 42, The organizer, in accordance with the legislation, calculates and deducts advance income tax at a rate of 25% of the tax base. In the case of a prize in kind, the tax base is determined as the market value of the prize, increased by a coefficient of 1.33333. The calculated liability will be carried out and reported to the competent tax authority (FURS) by the organizer of the prize game by submitting the relevant data. For this purpose, the winner must also provide the organizer with a tax number. 

• The terms and conditions of the prize game must be interpreted in accordance with Slovenian law. 

• The authentic interpretation of these rules is determined solely by the organizer. 

• The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to change the rules and conditions of participation in the prize game if required by legal reasons (force majeure), and undertakes to inform participants about the changes in a timely manner on its website.
