Rules for participating in the "Scan, Spin, Win" prize game

Article 1
(General provisions)
These rules determine the manner in which the prize draw will be conducted. "Scan, spin, hit"

(hereinafter: prize game).
The organizer of the prize game is Galex d.o.o., Tišinska Street 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email: info@galex.si (hereinafter: organizer).
The rules of the prize draw are publicly announced at the FIT Fair event. & WELL and on the organizer's website, www.myelixire.com and www.boo-care.si and www.galex.si

Article 2
(Duration of the prize draw)

The prize draw will take place between March 13, 2026 and March 15, 2026, at the FIT fair. & WELL at the Celje Fair, Dečkova cesta in Celje. The time for participation in the prize draw is from 9:00 a.m. on March 13, 2026 to 6:00 p.m. on March 15, 2026.

Article 3
(Terms of participation)

The organizer of the prize game provides equal opportunities for participation to all consumers who meet the conditions for participation. Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and residents of the Republic of Slovenia who are older than 18 years of age can participate in the prize game. If the winner is younger than 18 years of age, he or she must be represented by a person older than 18 years of age who has the right to represent the said minor by law and/or on the basis of an appropriate authorization.

The condition for participation is that participants agree to the rules of the prize game. By participating in the prize game, the participant is deemed to agree to all terms and conditions and rules regarding the prize game and the processing of their data.

The organizer of the prize game guarantees that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of his/her will. This will be done using a computer program that randomly selects the winner from among all participants.

Employees of the organizer cannot participate in the prize draw. Any such participation will be considered invalid.

Article 4
(How to participate in the prize draw)

The participant participates in the prize draw by:

first scan the QR code on the wheel of fortune t.i. Scan, Spin, Hit Sweepstakes
then in the free box on the website www.myelixire.com enter your email address and click on the "Participate in the prize draw" button and then
spin the wheel of fortune and immediately secure one of the prizes listed in Article 5 under points a, b or c.
The participant who enters their email address hereby consents to subscribe to newsletters about Elixire and/or theBoocare and/or Galex brand products, and to the processing of personal data for this purpose. They also confirm that they agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the organizer.
The participant thereby automatically ensures participation in the draw for the main prize, which is described in Article 5, point d).
No purchase is necessary to participate in the prize draw.

Article 5
(Awards)

Several prizes will be awarded during the competition.

"Wheel of Fortune" Prizes: All participants will receive one of the prizes listed on the wheel of fortune (a – 10 EUR VOUCHER, b – 30% DISCOUNT or c – mini product)
1 x t.i. "Main Prize": (d – a selection of any Elixire or theBoocare or Galex products, in a total equivalent of EUR 200.00 including VAT).
The general terms and conditions for redeeming the prizes from points a and b are stated on the gift voucher.
The winner receives the "Wheel of Fortune" prize, which they win, immediately at the event.
The date of the "Grand Prize" draw and the announcement of the winner will take place on March 18, 2026.
The organizer will announce the winner of the prize game or the recipient of the "Main Prize" on its website. www.myelixire.com and via Email address and inform them about the method of collecting the prize. The winner must collect the prize within the deadline, in the manner and under the conditions determined by the organizer, otherwise their right to the prize will cease.
None of the prizes are redeemable for cash.
Each individual can only participate in the prize draw once.
The prize received is immutable.

Article 6
(Exclusion of liability of the producer and technical contractor)

The organizer of the prize game and the technical contractor do not assume responsibility for the failure of the online service due to a network outage of the contractual partners, a power outage or other technical disruptions that could temporarily disrupt the use of the service. The organizer of the prize game and the technical contractor also do not assume responsibility for an application that is incomplete and incomprehensible. Such an application is considered invalid.

Article 7
(Personal data protection)

(1) By participating in the prize draw, participants in the prize draw consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of the prize draw.

(2) The organizer and its related parties undertake to protect personal data collected as part of this prize game in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot) and not to disclose it to third parties.

Article 8
(Complaints and dispute resolution methods)

All possible complaints regarding the prize game and prizes can be sent to the following email address:

(2) The organizer and participants of the prize game will resolve disputes amicably, if possible, but in cases where this is not possible, the district court in Murska Sobota has jurisdiction.

Article 9
(Taxation and additional information about the prize draw)

Since the value of the main prize exceeds EUR 42, the organizer, in accordance with the legislation, calculates and deducts advance income tax at a rate of 25% of the tax base. In the case of a prize in kind, the tax base is determined as the market value of the prize, increased by a coefficient of 1.33333. The calculated liability will be carried out and reported to the competent tax authority (FURS) by the organizer of the prize game by submitting the relevant data. For this purpose, the winner must also provide the organizer with a tax number.
The terms and conditions of the prize game must be interpreted in accordance with Slovenian law.

The authentic interpretation of these rules is determined solely by the organizer.

The organizer of the prize game reserves the right to change the rules and conditions of participation in the prize game if required by legal reasons (force majeure), and undertakes to inform participants about the changes in a timely manner on its website.
