Article 1

(General provisions)

  • These rules determine the manner in which the prize draw will be conducted. »@be.vavie x @elixire.si« (hereinafter: prize game).

  • The organizers of the prize draw are: Galex d.o.o. , Tišinska Street 29 G, 9000 Murska Sobota, Email: info@myelixire.com in VAPROM d.o.o. , Smrjene 74d, 1291 Škofljica (hereinafter: the organizer).

  • The rules of the competition are publicly posted on Instagram profiles. »@be.vavie and @elixire.si and on the organizers' website, www.myelixire.com and www.bevavie.com.

Article 2

(Duration of the prize draw)

The prize draw will take place between 24. 7. 2026 and 2. 8. 2026, exclusively on profiles @be.vavie and @elixire.si. The time to participate in the prize draw is from 7:00 a.m. on 24. 7. 2026 until 23:59 on 2. 8. 2026.

Article 3

(Terms of participation)

  • The organizers of the prize game provide equal opportunities for participation to all consumers who meet the conditions for participation. Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and residents of the Republic of Slovenia who are older than 18 years of age can participate in the prize game. and agree to the terms of use of the social network Instagram. If the winner is under 18 years of age, he or she must be represented by a person over 18 years of age who has the right to represent the said minor by law and/or on the basis of appropriate authorization.

  • The condition for participation is that participants agree to the rules of the prize game. By participating in the prize game, the participant is deemed to agree to all terms and conditions and rules related to the prize game.

  • The organizers of the prize game guarantee that the selection of the winner will be random and independent of their will. This will be done using a computer program that randomly selects the winner from among all participants.

  • Employees of the organizers cannot participate in the prize draw. Any such participation will be considered invalid.

Article 4

(How to participate in the prize draw)

  • The participant participates in the prize draw by:

  • Follow @be.vavie and @elixire.si and

  • Tag two friends in the comments who you would also like to treat to the aforementioned gift package and

  • Like the post and increase your chances of winning by sharing the post via your story.

Article 5

(Awards)

  • Date of the draw and The winner will be announced on 3. 8. 2026.

  • The organizers will announce the winner of the prize competition or the recipient of the prize under the prize competition announcement on Instagram profiles @be.vavie and @elixire.si.

  • The prize is not payable in cash.

  • Each individual can only participate in the prize draw once.

  • The prize received is immutable.

Article 6

(Exclusion of liability of the technical contractor)

The organizers of the prize game and the technical contractor do not assume responsibility for the failure of the online service as a result of a network outage of the contractual partners, a power outage or other technical disruptions that could temporarily disrupt the use of the service.

Article 7

(Personal data protection)

(1) By participating in the prize draw, participants in the prize draw consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of the prize draw.

(2) The organizer and its related parties undertake to protect personal data collected as part of this prize game in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVPot) and not to disclose it to third parties.

Article 8

(Complaints and dispute resolution methods)

  • All possible complaints regarding the prize game and prizes can be sent to the following email address: info@myelixire.com.

(2) The organizer and participants of the prize game will resolve disputes amicably, if possible, but in cases where this is not possible, the district court has jurisdiction.

Article 9

(Taxation and additional information about the prize draw)

  • The value of the prize given by an individual organizer does not exceed EUR 42,

  • The terms and conditions of the prize game must be interpreted in accordance with Slovenian law.
