Apply the product drops once a day to healthy scalp skin, then massage the scalp.

Recommended daily dose:20 ml per day, use the enclosed measuring cup for dosage. Consume directly or mix in 1-2 dl of water or other beverage and consume in the morning or mid-morning, preferably before a meal. Shake before use!
